Delivery timelines depend on the type and value of your order.

Unstitched Products

Eligible unstitched products are generally delivered within:

7–9 business days

from the date the order is confirmed/dispatched, subject to the delivery location and courier service.

Stitched Products

Stitched products require additional preparation and stitching time.

For stitched orders:

Orders below ₹15,000:
Estimated delivery within 15 business days.

Orders above ₹15,000:
Estimated delivery within 25 business days.

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the product, customization requirements, destination, courier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and payment verification.

For stitched products, additional time may be required for stitching, finishing and quality checking before dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

4. Delivery Address

Please make sure that your delivery address and mobile number are correct at the time of placing the order.

Once an order has been dispatched, changing the delivery address may not be possible.

5. Delayed Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur because of:

• Courier delays

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Remote delivery locations

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Unsuccessful delivery attempts

• Events beyond our control

6. Order Tracking

Once tracking information becomes available, customers may use our Track Order facility or the tracking information provided by the store.

For order-related assistance, please contact our customer support team with your order number and registered mobile number.

7. International / Remote Deliveries

Delivery timelines may vary for international or remote destinations depending on courier availability, customs procedures and local delivery conditions.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes or additional charges, where applicable, may be the responsibility of the customer.

Please check your package at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, document the condition and contact us as soon as possible.
